To ensure consistent quality, Four Winds Trading audits every shipment before it leaves the factory in China. This ensures that the product you ordered will be the product you receive.
Four Winds Trading provides all our customers a full-service import of goods, handling all stages of logistics and delivery.
We offer conform with standard INCOTERMS 2000, and while most manufacturing solution providers will only give you Free Onboard Vessel (FOB) or even Ex-Works shipping, Four Winds delivery is 100% Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) as shown at http://www.i-b-t.net/incoterms.html
The all-inclusive Four Winds import services cover the following costs and logistics:
 Factory warehouse storage fees
Factory warehouse labor costs
Export packaging
Ensures fumagation regulations are implemented for wood packaging
Quality Assurance / Inspection
Loading charges
Inland freight charges to the port
Terminal charges
Forwarder fees
Loading on vessel fees
Ocean freight
Arrival destination charges
Duty, taxes and customs clearance
Delivery to final North American destination.
** Currently (as of July 1, 2009) we are experiencing a 28 day manufacturing window, plus 15 days on the ocean, plus 7 days of inland transportation time. Estimated 60 day turnaround from the start of manufacturing.
